The country of dreamless. If this idea is make religional doctrine it is good to allow all religions to build their own courts.Otherwise we will know the worst trick of our leaders.Do not take us down!

If this is your conviction, then just wait and see this country sliding to......in the near future, if at all there is a future!

What has Kadhi courts to do with BokoHaram and the like and vice versa?

Just tell me how do you link Kadhi courts to BokoHaram.

The way Kadhi Court issue is being presented calls for logical thinking;-
(a) Do we think all Muslims from all sect believes and wants Kadhi Courts in Tanganyika?
(b) Which Institution has/is having legitimate power to speak on behalf of all Muslims in Tanganyika?
(c ) What data if at all exists proves beyond doubt the need, structure, financing and function of Kadhi Courts in TG?
(d) What are the Christians/ non Muslims worries/fears with presence of Kadhi Courts in Tanganyika?
(e) Can we learn from best practices like Kadhi Courts in Zanzibar, Kenya, Uganda and South Africa on how Non Muslim rights are being protected?
Proponents of kadhi Court should come out, respond smartly, reasonably and diligently to all intriguing issues surrounding its presence. Politicians will never took it to the next level once are bound to defend it. Am open minded ready to make sound decision based on logical reasoning.
