Wanaofanya hizo outsourcing ni wengi na mostly wanawauzia zile small or medium enterprises ambao wengi wanakuwa hata hawana departments zinazodeal na hivyo vitu hivyo, hata uelewa ni mdogo ndo maana wanapigwa hela kwa vitu kama hivyo.
