87.5. The television and broadcasting rights, as well as the revenues from publicity belong exclusively to CAF and shall be distributed as follows:
- 50% for the eight finalist countries,
- 30% for the organising country,
- 20% for CAF,
87.3. The television, broadcasting and publicity rights of the draw ceremony of the final tournament belong to CAF. They shall be subject to a separate contract and freely 35 negotiated between CAF and the various specialized agencies.
87.4. The organising associations shall see to it that the commitments taken by CAF in the contracts signed with the specialized agencies are fully observed on its territory. The organising association must present the consent of its Government in this respect. The organising association is bound to facilitate the task of the specialized agencies all through the Tournament.
Article 89 The organising association shall see to it that the commitments taken by CAF as indicated in the contracts concluded between the Confederation and the agencies are fully observed in its territory
