The standard chattered nominee is in London registered there not even in Kenya and there aren't Kenyan particles at all in the company so guessing like Kenyans are inside it's so funny and dumb

Now I can clearly see you have no idea of how banks work or what rate caps can or cannot do. When You say that rate caps have no implications are you assuming that Dr. Njoroge-CBK,Dr. Ndii, IMF et al are useless economists? So they should follow a layman like you?
When you say we have a huge banking cartel, who do you think they are exploiting? because its definately NOT the private borrowers, because even with rate caps private sector borrowing went even further down. Commercial banks walikuwa na fedha nyingi ya serikali kama vile pension funds, other income generating agencies suchlike tanapa Ngorongoro etc. Na ikitokea serikali ikitaka kukopa kwa hizi BANKS WALIKUWA na masharti ya ajabu SANA. Kutokana na kuwa pesa zilikuwa za serikali, ila tu unapewa masharti magumu kwa sababu ziko kwenye commercial BANKS, GoT ikaamua kuzitwaa na kuzipeleka BoT. Sasa inakopa kwa masharti nafuu.

CRDB is doing great actually, KCB is listed in Dar Stock Exchange so it's owned by the Tanzanians also

Kcb tanzania is the one listed in DSE.
