Do you have a pint of an Idea that, even them whites are only good in spoken English unlike written one despite it being their mother tongue? Apparently, the Kenya education system apart from swahili all other subjects are taught and set in English. If one gets an A in other subjects like Maths, Physics, Biology etc that are completely set in English, don't you think that the said person should be considered to have passed English indirectly?

Zote zinahanana true ...but Its harder in some countries than in others for example ,try doing English exams in SAT American exams and you will know what english is [emoji23]
