truth be told, in matters defence, KDF are top notch in this region, budget wise, equipments (everyday they get new toys, latest are the FN scar L & H) not to mention tactics. what happened in west gate is an overplayed scheme, not a military routine.
looting is normal in any force, Kenyans were just angry it was done inside our country, otherwise if it happened in Somalia we would be celebrating .
#I repeat, KDF are supreme, somebody just overplayed west gate in lieu of the ICC cases, read deputy pork excusal from hearing hence dragged the thing for ages...
but i have faith in KDF to pull wonders in this part of the continent.

Untill kdf goes face to face with a full fledged army in a conventional war then we can somehow listen to you, but untill then your equals are bandits like alshabibi. Nyie ni wachovu tu kila siku kujisifia sana na kuona wenzenu wote wapo karne ya tatu but when your asked display ur so called "superiority" u show to the world the mediocrity we could never imagine. Btw if u need some training, swallow ur pride and come south and learn from us. tchao.

that's my opinion as i see it with our resident peer forces in mind. everyone else has his/her own understanding of what a disciplined force entails.
when it comes to sheer aggression KDF has an edge primarily based on equipment possession some of which makes some of her peers look like militias in national DPM.
again, KDF rarely discloses her arsenal, if its made public its cause the arsenal is no longer considered state of the art to EAC/Great lakes standards.
KDF doctrine is based on deterrence, and so far Kenya has kept a lot of potential conflicts/diplo feuds from escalating into full blown hostilities but also advised on "integrations
of the block" . If that doesn't work, she can set the aggressive phase in motion still as a last resort.
Study purchase disclosure deemed non advantageous to KDF, maybe you'll learn a thing or two about KDF.
