a slum is a slum my friend. no fancy word ati 'unplanned sh¡t'. definition ya slum ni unplanned settlements. what makes one slum stands out is the density of people condensed in a particular area. Like there's no way 2.5m people can fit in a 5sqkm area. The Slums in dar are scattered all over... right from dar's cbd
