Kenya Airways kuruka moja kwa moja mpaka USA usiku huu

Definitely, there has been a very high demand expecially in Kenya. Today the JKIA handles 8.5Million passengers yearly! Kq will not only serve Kenya but the whole of East Africa meaning the demand will immediately hike. KQ Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, which has the capacity to carry up to 335 passengers in a three-class seating configuration is the type of plane playing this route.

335 passenger they may get this booked at or near capacity. I am thinking with good publicity, everybody going to East Africa will try this flight first,

I hear the Rwandese are trying something similar. They do not mention where in the US will the Rwandese flight go to. If it will tout the New York-Kigali route, there will be blood in terms of competition.

RwandAir passengers to now fly to United States

RwandAir plans for direct flights to America now in high gear

Not just any plane Fly's to the US directly. Kq & JKIA had to undergo serious assessment and changes before it was given a green light. It takes alot for an airline to fly directly to the US. Rwanda is not even close, maybe after 20 years or so. They need to up their game to the Kq/Ethiopian hight.

I am aware of the requirements and security red tape.I was there when the US flew people from across the globe to come to NY to reel in the new normal in the wake of 9/11.I hosted the Tanzanian delegation at my house in NYC and we had dinner conversation about how things were going to change security wise.

Did you read the links from The East African?

Where do you get the 20 years figure from?
