Yeah! I started well and with good intentions, but I had to respond in kind and on equal measure when provoked.
One of you couldn't use his brain matter and realize I had mistakenly used Kshs instead of Tshs in one of the figures, and funny enough, like nyumbus, everybody else flowed with him.
Another one is questioning why with such a huge budget, we are unable to pay our doctors. You should all be cognizant of the fact that, our doctors were already paid far better than the rest in the region, that's even before the recent salary increment.
Anyway, lets go back to the topic of the thread and continue with the analysis, I promise to ignore any trivialities.

Coupled with constant balance sheet anomalies on infrastructure projects and corruption, we're headed to the dogs !

Anyway, it's true we need to do away with some of these elective positions, to honest I have no idea what women rep are doing. Haya mambo ya kuwabeba wanawake inafaa kuisha, wawe wanajipigania kwenye nyadhifa zilizopo.
True if we can reduce corruption, our country can leap into greater heights.

madam kwa taarifa yako 26 trn kshs is actually about 26bn $. Mjamaa anatumia an average exchange rate ya 100 kshs to the $. The actual rate today might be 103, but this is not an arithmetic class! 100 will do.
