E.g the first 3 berths in Lamu port costing $480m , Manda and Isiolo int'l airport are all government funded, the Lamu-Isiolo highway which construction begines this year will be funded by South Africa Developpment bank , SADB will also fund the costruction of the next 3 berths and the total cost will be $1.9B

Did you expect projects like natural gas and stiglerz gorge to be in Dar? Does Dar have natural gas deposits for instance? It's like saying serikali ya Kenya pia ingefaa ijenge ile mradi wa geothermal ya naivasha Kule Nairobi. Projects kama hizi zinajengwa mahali rasilimali zipo so it's so lame to use projects like natural gas and stiglerz gorge to base your argument on in reference to this thread. Wewe in pimbi kweli. I live in Migori and Sirare is 40kms at most from my home town so I know the place very well. Sirare and Migori share the same topography and even weather conditions so hakuna unachosema hapo. Hakuna tofauti ya migori na sirare kimandhari (the only difference is that people on the other side are stupid). That road you are showing above runs from Mwanza to Migori and ends at a place called Kakrao, nje kidogo ya Migori town and was built by the same company in early '90s.
