Miwivu za Tz knows no bounds.

Last time i checked the last 5yrs Kenya has scored higher than Tz in the annual innovation index .M-Pesa ,Ushahidi and I-Hub are Kenyan tech startups and venture capital funding for Kenyan startups went from $92.7m in 2016 to $147m in 2017.

Clearly we're doing a lot more vital stuff with our high internet penetration than Tz.(and i'm not surprised the only penetration that came to your mind is the one they do in porn)
