not a memorial or monument but actual living MEMORY BANK! kikwete and mkapa can provide details and contexts abou events in Tanzania today that Samia would not be able to provide because those former presidents literally shaped the conditions for whatever Tanzania is doing today. also don't forget that they act as a ceremonial figure for the nation
