Akili yako inakuambia treni za umeme ndio za kisasa??? Where did you go to school, we do have diesel engines that are very modern and countries that still doesn't have enough electricity go for them. Zimbambwe have electric trains of 1990's and they are awkward. Electricity is just a form of energy, what the train is capable of doing is another. The only form of technology in Railway that should be a wonder to you should be Levitation, Vactrains and Hyperloops, sio electric trains.

Look at some of the Electric Trains in
Zimbambwe

If you think Electric trains are modern technology check it out,
It is an obsolent technology

But look at the Kenya Diesel Engines
Rj3Qj6Z.jpg

Using electricity does not mean you are employing modern technology, it is as old as steam engines,
Then the ugliness that comes with hanging cables, and it can be very expensive for a country that has no enough power as half or more will have to be used by the trains.
Modern technology in Rail transport is

Maglev Technology (Japan and China) Uses Levitation Technology. Even the USA, England has none of this.

Hyperloops and Vactrains are concepts about to be a reality

I don't know how long it will take us to teach Tanzanians simple techfacts, you are down, if you cant differentiate a Tram and Freight SGR, what can we say about you??

The thing is kenyas 3.5bn$ SGR has given us Trains wagons 33 stations and observation rooms 2 ports ....

What will Tanzanias 1bn$ sgr give them

Mtakua JOKE 2020 if Turkey ever gets ro build that "sgr"

You don't need electric trains to be seen as developed! You only need the necessary and fitting infrastructure!

Our diesel engines will serve the same purpose to electrified engines and to add on, ours look even much better aesthetically compared to those electric ones even in the USA, even if tumeibiwa your criticisms are baseless and quite useless, especially since you have this

Hizi treni na station zake zote, zitakuwa zenu baada ya miaka 10, kwasasa ni mali ya wachina kuazia ardhi inayowekewa reli, mpaka nauli mtakazo lipa kupanda. Mliweka saini wenyewe, subiri mpaka wachina wamalize kula ndio mpige kelele.

Unaona clue yoyote kwenye picha ya hapa chini??

Eeeish, Mwanzi 1, i didn't expect you to think as low as this!! You think so poorly!!

Many stations bearing in mind the rail goes through game parks, will change into towns offering accomadations and hotels and resorts employing thousands of Kenyans, as we speak SGR has employed over 30, 000 youths, That is our benefits even if they run it forever.

By the way, in Kenya we encourage private sector and it is given much attention than anything else.

Example. Machakos City Plan: Free land is given to investors who invest over 3 billion shillings in Machakos.
With this investors are flocking to Machakos and Machakos city is becoming a reality.

Kabla 10 years ieshe Kenya itakuwa another country, SGR linked to LAPSSET, the largest infrastructure program on African continent as we speak, will be interconnected forming a huge economic zone

USA has Companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon contributing significantly to economy and employment, but the owners of all this companies are not Americans, many are Indians, (Not the Red Indians) Spanish Israelite etc.

Nilicho sema mimi ni tofauti na unacho sema wewe, wewe unaangalia nini faida ya SGR kwa Kenya. My comment is based who owns Kenyan SGR. Some of you might not know this or chose to ignore the fact that it's own by Chinese in the tune of 90%. They're the one will be calling the shorts for the next ten years making sure they don't run into loses which includes setting up fares to compensate any loses.

Come on we are not as ignorant as you are, else you could have done better than us!! So we know what we are doing, go do what you think is right in Tanzania and keep it to yourself, we never relied on your silly advises to be where we are today.
