Kenya imenunua vichwa vya treni vya mtumba toka Spain kwa ajili ya "Nairobi light train"

Joto la jiwe am having problems uploading links, something is wrong with my attache files button,as i work on it,you can just google the deal costa rica had with spain to deliver second hand DMUs for san jose commuter rail, that will give you a rough idea of what they will deliver to us,it won't bite to google,i suggest you take a look.
No, that is not acceptable, we can't use example from other countries, we need specifically to know what is happening is a specific country, this quoted article talks about Kenya buying second hand locomotives from Spain, it gives the number and conditions of locomotives, even the amount of money, it seems they know what they are talking about, if you want to challenge it, please give us evidence, the money used here is not the one from World Bank, may be you r referring different project, but as far this article is concerned already deal done.

Joto la jiwe, the world bank and GoK are co funding this project, they have already refurbished existing train stations and constructed ten more,so according to that source, world bank and GoK are conspiring to dupe kenyans, really, but seriously somebody can conceive such an idea,Lol.that trip to spain was an orientation one, that article is discussing imaginery DMUs,where are the photos, look, such government deals are not sealed by junior officers in bench marking trips, they have to get the necessary approvals from various government agencies.

Please, can you support your argument?, the same way you opposed about Italian company been paid by GoK, but Musalia Mudavan and Other Media like CItezen TV confirmed that the company was really paid, why do you want us to believe your narrative without supporting evidence?, without evidence, any body is free to chooce any source.

As I have told you, we had good number of projects which were supposed to be paid by different funders, including WB, IMF, China and so many others, but only 60% of them went as we expected, I think you remember well the story of Bagamoyo port and our SGR to be funded by Chinese Government, even the Chinese President Xi came to Dar and signed, but nothing happened.

Please, this article stipulates that, money has already been paid, the locomotives are about to arrive soon, if you want us not to believe you, please do not show us MoU, give us the evidence showing that WB has given money to GoK specifically for Nairobi light train.

Kama pesa haijatoka, hiyo bado ni ndoto, anything can happen any time. Mudavad is a politician and watch dog, lazima serikali ijibu tuhuma zake, kwasababu opposition political party wanajukumu kikatiba to expose ruling party.

Joto la jiwe i told you to stop relying on fake news, the article you attached was copy pasted from yesterday sunday nation paper, they too(sunday nation) relied on rumours, they always have an anonymous source providing dirty details of underhand dealings, wow, very 'invetigative',to be begin with, the nairobi commuter rail is being funded by the world bank,a very sensitive and beuaraucratic institution, they don't just release funds just because you have plans to execute, they walk with you on every step of the way, from feasibility studies to procurement, but seriously, do you expect them to sit pretty as government procures junk DMUs,see, this people have very high ethical standards, they fund projects in the interest of the public,FYI world bank was to fund the nairobi double decker road from jkia all the way to westlands way back in 2012 but the contractor(straberg) choosen by GoK was shady, world bank threatened to pull out and we had to look for another contractor, thats how serious they are,you see, this bretton wood institutes are not like the chinese, you can't bribe them, spain is a western european country and a member of the EU,they too have high ethical standards,to see some of their commuter trains in use around the world, just google costa rica commuter trains and see for yourself,i say hold your horses and wait, then talk later when you see the real trains, not imaginery old DMUs.
World Bank is funding rapid bus transport and not city commuter trains!

my fren dont bother , those people are not here to reason , very petty haters to the extent of celebrating and enjoying the death of kenyans..
They are nothing more than a source of entertainment to me

I disagree with you, a great Newspaper like Sunday nation can't rely on rumours based on street platform stories to publish the news to the public, that is against the information ethics, what if they will be sued for publishing false information to the public?or is there a law that protects them from being charged?
The Sunday nation wrote true stories.

Kenya you are very good in talking, I remember the issue of Greenfield terminal, the whole country went on stand still that day of lying foundation stone, what followed there after was the shame of the Nation.

Everyday Kenyans talk about BRT, with all those master plans and stories, but what we get is lip sticks and now just high capacity town buses from South Africa, but there is no any infrastructure to support BRT system.

What about the story of SGR electrification?, too much words but nor any action. I repeat again, come up with evidences which show that those used locomotives haven't been purchased, not these hot air planes from GoK.
