The thing is even those so called Waarabu au Wahindi in Kenya none has become a billionaire! Even for Natives none has had the wealth of late Mengi approximated $600mln+! So better shut up!

With your small economy, you've let Indians and Arabs dominate you and become billionaires while you have a very small number of millionaires yourself yet you beat your chest as an equal society. Here, we work hard and don't leave our econoy for Indians and Arabs to fully dominate...........and stop talking of dead people.

Why almost all the Billionaires in Kenya are either Politicians or their affiliates?
 
Halafu uje useme sio wewe unaeletea mada za comparison ama mje mseme TZ wako obsessed with kenyans.

Kwani ungeandika ivi " Kenya yaongoza kuwa na mabilionea afrika mashariki" ungepungua nini? au ndio ulitaka kuonesha kuwa uchumi wa Nairobi pekee unakaribia Tanzania ilhali mwafa kwa njaa? mnakopa kama vichaa? Mmejaza kwenye maslums? ndio njia ya kutwambia kuwa utajiri wa kenya unawanufaisha wachache uku wengi wakiishi kwa kubahatisha? 😀

R u trying to say the report involves no rich people of Asian origin? Who r Patels, Chandarias, Shahs n Ravals! The fact is they own Kenya n not even in the list of billionares! Shame!

Dar es Salaam is placed 11th in the cities grading with Johannesburg and Cape Town sitting at number one and two.
The report also quotes Dar as the country’s hub for High Net Wealth Individuals with 1300 of them residing at the Haven of Peace, which has total wealth of $24 billion.
Dar es Salaam falls behind Nairobi which has total city wealth of $49 billion and is ahead of Uganda’s capital Kampala which has $16 billion and Addis Ababa which stands at $14 billion.

Alafu heri sisi maanake 70% ya Kenya ni kame, Bongo nchi kubwa karibia mara mbili ukubwa wa Kenya, ardhi nzuri yenye rotuba, mvua kila mahali, Unaweza nunua shamba popote Tz na ukafanya ukulima halafu bado nusu ya uchumi umekolea Dar.

You forgot to mention that they also have a bigger population. Hawa vilaza wanajua tu kuimba nyimbo za kusifu sisiemu government. They have almost everything but nothing to show for it
