Kenya is the 3rd Most Taxed Nation in Africa

Kenya is the 3rd Most Taxed Nation in Africa

I have not said that what you pay in Tz is 3 times less what is paid in kenya,
Tax am talking about is in agregate. A lower GNI (kenya) yeilds ksh 1.5 trn while a higher Gross National Income(Tz) yeilds ksh 600bn.
If you dont know Economics, you wount understand..sorry

And you attribute that to tax?
If you know economics, you would understand the metrics that matter for comfortable living.
Wages, insurance, electricity connectivity, free/subsidized education, access to loans, quality and quantity of infrastructure, etc.
Kenya beats Tanzania in everything.

Confortable living means different things in different contexts, all those things like wages, insuarance, infrastructure etc are captured in aggrate terms in things like GDP (ppp) AND GNI which tanzania beats kenya hands down

Clearly you've lost it.
Kenyans earn more than Tanzanians.
Health insurance coverage is less than 1% in Tanzania. In Kenya it is over 20%.
We don't even have to talk about roads. Tanzania should be bench-marking with Mozambique on this.
Electricity connectivity is at 72% in Kenya. Tanzania its 32%.

The only metric Tanzania beats Kenya is number of omba omba.

Tz earn more than kenyans in agregate terms GROSS NATIONAL INCOME.
Health insuarace coverage is not the metric for a healthy nation. Most of the indicators like infant deaths, Hiv infections, lifestyle diseases etc are similiar to kenya, and despite Tz having a higher population and lower GDP, Its has the highest life expectancy in Eastafrica
Electricity connections are at 70%, which they can afford unlike kenya power which is run by convicted criminals who charge what they want

Life expectancy is higher in Tanzania only if you go with the usual CCM propaganda stats.
Your electricity is 30%. Kenya is 70%+. And this is going by USAID not those cooked up CCM stats.

Kenyans have more bank accounts.

Our mobile money transactions' value is almost triple Tanzania's. That alone should tell you which country's citizens have more money. Because it is measuring the common man not big corporations.

We are not here to discuss Jubilee propaganda, Tz Connections are at 70% as per the TZ gvt.
Kenya's connections are lower than 30% based on exposed public lies by convicted KPLC criminals
Lying to the President: How Kenya Power managers cooked Last Mile connection figures

That same TZ government that says their unemployment rate is the best in the world at 2%.
Here's a source with no reason to lie.

I'm believing USAID.
Tanzania has no financial capacity to move from under 30% 2 years ago to 72% now.
In 5 year, Kenya has invested 20 times more what Tanzania has invested in energy and electricity distribution.

And that 32% was updated by USAID on March 28, 2018.

Taking me on needless tangents like electricity connections wount change the fact that the point of this thread is that kenya is the 3rd most taxed nation, and most of kenya's connections were funded by WB not tax collections. And to close the discusion, WB data on connections ends 2016, WB is not a magician, it picks data directly from The countries' Treasury dept. But you are free to argue with yourself

If they picked data from governments, they would be saying Tanzania is at 72%, just like CCM propaganda claims.

And we covered tax. Compared to Tanzania, we pay slightly higher taxes, but the results of development progress is like day and night.
From infrastructure, to quality of life to health, education etc..
It's worth it.
