Actually these claims are false, propaganda meant to fool their own people. Here are facts from the world bank.
a) Tanzania electricity access is at 38% country wide an improvement of 5% annually from 2010
b) Kenya electricity access is at 76% country wide.
c) Tanzania produces about 1500 MW of which only 60% is available due to poor transmission infrastructure and a highly inefficient labor force.
d) Kenya, Ghana and south africa are the only sub saharan african countries that will attain universal electricity access by 2030 with Kenya achieving the goal 7 years earlier in 2023 even though government insists on 2022.
 
Apart from the above, the biggest strength that kenya has over other sub saharan african countries is education apart from botswana. south africa is highly dependent on the skills of the minority white people and indians(if they leave south africa will become Tanzania), the black south africans are equally as incompetent as their Tanzanian counterparts but we can excuse them because they just recently over threw an apartheid system.

HAHAHAHA,Facts don't care about your feelings bro. Incompetence in human resource is part and parcel of Tanzania. Your education system rank lower than rwanda. That is why your government can easily fool you with fake claims. They know their people are ignorant and do not read.

I know it hurts to realize the truth but the world bank has spoken and it puts your education system lower than rwanda, kenya is at number 7 in africa behind botswana and south africa and north african countries, while in sub saharan africa it is at number 3. Your education system ranks below uganda, Rwanda and Nigeria. Facts hurt when they punch don't they?
