Soma habari kwa makini hiyo report ni ya up to begining of 2016 hii ingine ni upto dec 2017 a difference of 2 years and within 2 years Tz has moved from 35% to 70% na hawasumbui ama kupiga makelele wakitafuta sifa za kijinga
Hiyo ya Kenya pia ni ya 2016. As at Dec 2017 ilikuwa tayari imegonga 67.5% wakati Tz haikuwa imefika 35%.

So do you still live in January 2016? are we here to discuss history or reality? Tz in 2 years has moved from 35% to 70% while kenya has moved from 67% to 71%. Meaning Tz is working faster than Jubilee, but jubilee is blessed with a huge mouth and tons of propagandists

How Many Rural Tanzanians Have Power? – PesaCheck

Which report are you talking about? WB has data oly upto begining of 2016(Jan),that is 2 years ago. unless there is a new report by a fake WB that has data upto 2018 dec.
Propagandist
2017 I meant I edited not official sources though. So from which WB did you get your dubious figure of 70% for Tz? It says up there 32.8%. Kenya 56%. Mzee umechanganyikiwa.

WB gets it figures from Gvts, it has not updated since 2016 jan. The figures of 70% Tz are from GoT as af 2017 dec. ofcourse WB will pick those figures when they want to.
