The foolish Kenyan Security forces like some people here want to dismiss this report yet they dont have a counter argument.

Kenyan security agencies have refuted reports attributed to the New York Police Department alleging that the four Westgate Shopping Mall attackers escaped from the building the same day. The NYPD report says the attackers were not killed at the mall; Samantha Lewthwaite was not with the attackers; and the attackers did not stay at the mall for four days.
According to the report attributed to New York police commissioner Ray Kelly and published in the NBC news, the four attackers did not attempt to take hostages or stay in the building after 12:15am on September 22 as reported by Kenyan authorities.
"No one can say that the attackers escaped after 12:15am just because there is no CCTV showing them in the building after that. One of them is seen turning the camera away from them but nowhere are they shown leaving the building," said a senior Kenyan security officer.
"We are still conducting forensic and DNA tests on the four bodies recovered in a section where some weapons were recovered. It would be reckless to say the attackers escaped when the forensic and DNA reports that would reveal that have not been released."
The security officer said that the NYPD were not directly involved in the Westgate Shopping Mall investigations.
He said the only teams involved are the American Federal Bureau of Investigations, the British, Israeli, German, Norwegian and Kenyan experts.
"How can we believe in a report by people who were never directly involved in the investigations?" another senior police officer said.
The NYPD boss's report released at a Manhattan press conference on Tuesday said only four attackers carrying light weapons stormed the shopping mall.
Kelly's report says that Kenyan military looted the shopping mall.
NYPD detective Kevin Yorke, who prepared the reports, also disputes Kenyan police reports that the attackers died in the mall. According to the report, NYPD sent detectives from the New York Joint Terrorism Task Force to Nairobi to investigate the attack. It says police responded one and a half hours after the initial attack and the Inspector General arrived five minutes later.
The NYPD report credits private security guards and personnel with helping many people out of the mall, though some may have fired on each other since they didn't use badges.

Questions:
Where is th GPMG that we were told kept KDF at bay for 4 days? 3 months down the line investigations have not been concluded...why? When collecting DNA from the contaminated site who are they going to compare it against? What can conclusively come out of this DNA collecting exercise? What forensic tests are being carried out or is this just using 'big words' to sell balderash? Why are people in the security docket not being held accountable and held liable for this crime...one of ommision?
Only one conclusion makes sense...the GOK was part of this mess one way or another.
