Baada ya matokeo, Gabu ambaye amewahi kuwa memba wa Kundi la P-Unit ameshukuru wafuasi wake na kumpongeza mpinzani aliyeshinda.

Musician Gabu Concedes Defeat In Woodley Kenyatta Golf Course Ward
Musician Gabriel Kagundu, monikered Gabu, has conceded defeat in the Woodley Kenyatta Golf Course ward race.
The artist, who was contesting under an ANC party ticket, conceded to Davidson Ngibuini 'DNG' who was contesting under a UDA ticket.
Gabu took to his Instagram thanking his supporters, conjointly congratulating his competitor for winning the contest.
"I take this opportunity to congratulate the winner of the Woodley Member of County Assembly seat. In every race there is a winner and the one to accept the defeat," Gabu wrote.
"I wish to thank my supporters, my team, my good friends. You walked with me every step of the journey, you believed in my vision to serve the people of Woodley. We ran a good race, we did take the lessons learnt and come back stronger next time."
On the other hand, DNG celebrated his win on social media, thanking his supporters for their votes.
"Thank you for burning the midnight oil with me. I am happy to announce that 24 Hours into it, we have clinched the Woodley Kenyatta Golf Course Ward MCA Seat!!!," he wrote on Facebook.
"We fought hard as a Team. We have campaigned hard as a team and have overcome all odds as a team. Most importantly, God has seen us through."
