Very strong speech indeed. But itaishia kwenye speeches tu. Sioni wakichukua military action yoyote dhidi ya Kenya. Navy yenyewe hawana. Waje wachukue hilo kipande cha bahari waliyopewa na mahakama. Ila waunde navy kwanza. Bwana wao Turkey aunde SNA navy strong kwanza ndio waje vita ya kwenye maji. Saa hii nasikia eti Somalia ina navy ndogo tu ya patrol boats 11 waliyopewa na Turkey.

In my opinion, Kenya pigeni kelele as much as you want, but never attack or try to attack Somalia in regards of this marine border decision.
The consequences has a potential to be deadly years to come.
Kama sasa hivi mnapambana na Al shaabab ambao hawana apparently good reason ya ku attack Kenya, imagine mtakapo attack Somali ships in the now ruled as Somali water.
Your navy will not save you from the carnage that will follow.
Because now, you will not only be fighting Al shaabab militia but Somali Military and their will be growing sympathizer in and around Kenya.
Al Shaabab will now have a new recruitment propaganda will the justifications they need.
Somalia may not have strong navy, but they won't have to fight in the water. They will attack your hotels, schools, Malls and Hospital. Somali Military may use AL Shaabab as the escape goat or they can even provide support to AL shaabab.
Simply put, they will fight dirty and will have AL Shaabab as cover to take the blame.
It's a fight you will not win, the fight you cannot afford, the fight that may go on long after we die.

Kenya rejects ICJ ruling on its maritime border row with Somalia
By Samuel OumaPresident Uhuru Kenyatta has reacted to the ICJ’s judgment on the Kenya-Somalia border dispute terming the decision erroneous.
President Kenyatta said Kenya has rejected the ruling in totality and does not recognize its findings in a statement released on Tuesday.
“The decision embodies a perpetuation of the ICJ’s jurisdictional overreach and raises a fundamental question on the respect of the sovereignty and consent of States to international judicial processes.International tribunals have jurisdiction ONLY to the extent of CONSENT by a State,” said President Kenyatta.
Kenyatta criticized the court for imposing jurisdiction on a dispute it had neither jurisdiction nor competence.
He also slammed the Hague-based court for failing to permit the use, let alone the exhaustion, of regional dispute resolution mechanisms, despite the existence of a robust African Union legal framework on border issues and dispute settlement.
Kenya’s Head of State noted the decision will strain the relations between the two countries and reverse the social, political, and economic gains; and potentially aggravate the peace and security situation in the fragile Horn of Africa Region.
Kenya vowed to pursue the issue through African Union institutions such as the African Union Border Programme and its Peace and Security architecture and bilateral agreements.
In a ruling issued on Tuesday by a 15-judge bench led by Judge Joan E. Donoghue, the court decided Kenya will give up part of the disputed maritime territory to Somalia.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) largely agreed that Somalia had a right to the oil-rich section of the disputed Indian Ocean territory but sought to strike a balance by allowing them only an additional 200 nautical miles (approximately 370 kilometers) of the area controlled by Kenya.

Kenya has everything to lose in a fight with Somalia. As I said, it's a fight you will not win.

By the way Somalia yenyewe sio eti ipo stable sana. Al Shabab wanatawala maeneo ambayo Amisom haipo. Karibia 30% ya Somalia ipo chini ya Al shabab. National government ipo Mogadishu. Amisom ipo kwenye cities na towns kadhaa ila kwenye vitongoji na mashambani huko unakuta Al Shabab ndio bado wanaongoza huko. Kenya iliondoa Al Shabab kutoka kwenye state inayoitwa Jubbaland. Kenya ikaweka kiongozi anayeitwa Madobe na kutrain army yake. Sasa Kenya inapiga doria Jubbaland pamoja na kikosi cha jeshi la Madobe. Hii imeleta stability kubwa katika jimbo la Jubbaland. Zamani hii Jubbaland ilikuwa inatawaliwa na Al Shabab. Kuna city inaitwa Kismayu ambayo ipo Jubbaland na ni 2nd biggest city in Somalia, hii city ilikombolewa na KDF kutoka mikononi mwa Al Shabab. Kiufupi nikuambie kwamba jimbo la Jubbaland ipo stable kwa sababu ya Kenya. Tukiamua kudestabilize Somalia tunaweza kufanya hivyo haraka sana. Hata huyo Madobe ambaye ni kiongozi wa Jubbaland sisi ndio tunayemlinda yeye na majeshi yake kutoka kwa mashambulizi ya Al Shabab. Al Shabab wanaitaka Jubbaland sana ila KDF haiwaruhusu kuingia Jubbaland.

Yaani you are just proving my point. Somalia is not stabe as it's, they have little to lose than Kenya in terms of stability, security and economy.
They have been fighting for years among themselves.
You attacking Somalia, will just unit them against you. Soma historia ya Somalia.
They don't like outsiders, at all. Destabilizing them can be easy, but the cost to Kenya will be unimaginable.
Kama sasa hivi mna struggle with International Loan payments among other things, what do you think will happen when the fight begins?
As I said, the fight will be dirty, meaning, it will not just be in the water or in the streets of Mogadishu. They will bring the fight to Kenya. In the streets of Nairobi, Mombasa etc.
Kenya has so much to lose in this. Just one bomb in the Expressway, will China continue with the construction?

Somalia hana cha kupoteza, na kasambaa kenya yote. Atakuwa anawapiga surprise tu. Na naamini uhuru atatii.. Atapiga kelele but mwisho wa siku ndio imeisha hivyo. La sivyo ajitutumue kupambana ili kenya ipotee kabisa.
Atakuwa a failure president indeed. Kaingiza nchi kwenye madeni makubwa, assets za maana ziko rehani. Akisumbuana na hao shababis tena waanze kujilipua kila kona ya kenya ndio kabisa they will drag him into the mud. Watulie tu.

Hii inakuwa kama USA kwenda Afghanistan. USA kuwa na jeshi kubwa kuliko Afghanistan na pia Afghanistan kuwa unstable iliwapa kiburi Marekani.
Matokeo yake, 20 years down the line, Trilionis of $ spend, many lives lost, wameomba poo.
Walewale Taliban wamerudi madarakani, na sasa hivi Marekani wanaenda kufanya nao mazungumzo ya amani. Maana hapo wana hofia mabomu ya kujitoa mwanga Marekani.
Kenya kujiona sijui ina Navy, au Somalia haipo stable, ina watia kiburi. Wachokoze waone moto utao washukia.
