Hapa hata sielewi una argue nini, ni kwamba hakuna round two of talks, au hakuna nchi ambazo are skeptical with agreement. Kuna sehemu yoyote nimesema wanao taka kuanza wasianze? Even though countries zitaamuwa kuanza, zitaanza within agreed terms. Kama Ethiopia wane sign only four agreements watakubali on those four agreement only. Sasa labda unieleweshe unachokipinga nini hapa.

Who asked you all this? If the bill for ratification of this agreement, already before the National Assembly, passes through all the stages. Next, the President signs it into law. You will get your chance to picket on Harambee Avenue. Mr Boniface Mwangi.

I explained to you the process of the ratification of the treaty into law. Through a bill in the National Assembly. If you are arguing for the sake of just arguing leave me out of it. Look at the topic at hand.

Kenya is a desperate country, Kenya inatapatapa sana, tulieni kama wenzenu wa Uganda na Rwanda waliona mbali sana na kumfanya Magufuli kuwa rafiki yao wa karibu sana, hamjachelewa anzeni sasa kumfanya Magufuli kuwa rafiki yenu na sio adui au mshindani katika biashara, otherwise mambo yatazidi kuwa mabaya kwa upande wa Kenya, mkiendelea hivi hivi, ninawahakikishia uchumi wa Kenya uta-collapse.

And I asked you who came up with the bill? has kenyatta even seen other countries draft bills to compare notes? has he consulted stakeholders in drafting? Trade is about consessions has he seen what other countries have conceeded? Jameni wewe ndie blogger wa kutegemewa wa Jubilee?
