i) 2017: Jeshi la Tanzania walitoroka child soldiers wa Uganda waliowakata mapanga kule eastern DRC, majeshi 20 wakafaa. Magufuli akapiga kelele mingi.

ii) 2018: majeshi wengine 15 wakavamiwa na hao watoto hapo DRC, 5 wakafa, 10 wakakimbia na kuacha kambi,, wengine UN inawatafuta mpaka sahi.

Hawa watoto ni wa Alliance Democratic Forces kutoka uganda ambao wamefanya TPDF kuwa wake wao hapo eastern DRC.

NB: somalia KDF inapigana na magaidi kutoka dunia mzima, wengine wamepigana vita za iraq, libya, syria na wamepata mafunzo kutoka kwa al-qaeda na isis i.e. tunapigana na wale wale mabao wamarekani na warusi wanapigana nao. TPDF wanapigwa na watoto wa miaka 12 ambao hata hawajapata mafunzo ya kivita.

Meanwhile ,Kenya Navy is constructing the largest slipway in Eastern Africa.The Shipyard will have a slipway that can handle vessels with a capacity of 4000 tonnes .
There are also two ship hangers,one of 150 metres long and 30 metres high and a smaller one of 120 metres long, 20 metres high and 13 metres wide.

You can get a hint as to the size of ships to be serviced at mtongwe Navy Base

One thing I love about KDF is they have the most educated professionals of any military in east africa.
i) Did you know Kenya airforce engineers currently manufacture their own spare parts for the F5-e tiger after authorization from boeing?
ii) Recent renovations on navy ships were handled by Kenya navy engineers corps.
iii) KDF manufactures their own bullets and even export to east africa
