Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda to launch one common network

Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda to launch one common network

Mkuu, you want us to run key government decisions which have direct effects to our citizens in'fast and furious'kinda decisions? Nope, that will never gonna happen. Remmember what killed the previous EAC?. Once bitten twice shy!

Bro! just because your grandparents didn't know how to negotiate doesn't make the present generation feeble as well. I wish you get the chance to head a modern day corporation where things are moving fast and requires tough, quick and sharp thinkers to make decisions as challenges whizzes by.

Anyway am watching Tanzania's election debate with the hope a new leader will be enthroned and a kind that is daring and sharp. JK was good, though he started out as a conservationist but opened up later as time progressed after realizing no country can develop by acting as some kind of island. There are way too many investment opportunities in Tanzania, but your introvertive culture is the hindrance.

The problem with you guys are way too slow to ingest anything. At CoW we agreed to only integrate on agreeable features and leave out any contentious issues, but Tz opted out and promised to join the train later. The modern world requires quick decisions on ideas that are developed by great thinkers. The more you procrastinate the longer your people will be left in the dark and they will turn their anger to the leadership.

CoW is pegged on what blends us more than divide, observe the developed countries, they got so far after opening their doors to the world. You can't sulk in introversion and hope things to just work.

Yes, The modern world requires quick decisions...... as USA told you to go to somalia and hit the Alshabab there, and you see the impact to date...................
A foolish man always make quick decisions and prompts to wrong way......

Mkuu,i know, for development, things needs to go fast. We need to move Not just fast and furious but fast, smart and wise!.The break down of the former EAC in 70's and an example of your moving 'fast' into Somalia has taught us a lesson!

JustDoItNow What is it with you and Alshabaab, have noted with concern there is not a time you've replied to my posts without exposing your obsession with Alshabaab. Can we settle it here once and for all, be a man and engage me on this topic right here, bring it on nigger, release the form in your mouth.
I am not the Tutsis you people killed in Rwanda, you're now hiding in Tanzania and pretending to be a Bongo. Have seen most of your posts in JF forums and they simply paints just what you're. Come out of your cave for once.

Fast, furious and smart is the key, as much as you've to reference the breakout of former EAC, but you can't live in it. We all have a past, but remember when driving a car, you only look back when necessary but always have your head fixated ahead. We are a new generation, more exposed and learned as opposed to our grandfathers who didn't have access to information like us.

When Nyerere discovered Tanzania had a lot of gold and other mines, he covered them and opted to wait for the later educated generations to do the mining. Now, you guys are the generation, unless you still waiting for another one to come. You're now enlightened and better off to handle businesses and operations, you have to dare........

My country entry into Somalia was the quickest and best ever decision we have made. Don't be misled by cowardly bombs being thrown around in the city. We had every reason to involve ourselves in the Somalia problem, most of us do know this and have always supported our government.

Your intervention in DRC posed much lesser challenges as opposed to our engagement with Alshabaabs. Consider the following points
- M23 comprised of greedy fighters who only wanted to loot in Congo.
- They were made up of child-fighters recruited forcibly.
- Your force was combined of JWTZ, Malawi, Congo and South Africa.
- UN made sure M23 were deprived of any sort of help. So they were left at the mercy of your attacks

Now compare this with Alshabaabs, who were
- Well funded fighters who were composed of jihadists from multiple nations
- They had state-of-the-art fighting equipments
- Were religiously driven, ready to die, meaning they were not looting like M23, but hellbent fighters with strategy
- Half of our country is occupied by Somalis and not easy to tell them apart

In somalia, you moved fast and furious. But not smart and wise. That is why you are finding dificult to eliminate those 'street fighters'.An example of fast, smart and wise strategy was applied by Tanzanias FIB Brigade when moved to DRC.

lawmaina78 you can check my answers in bullets for your comments: QUOTE=lawmaina78;10662066]Your intervention in DRC posed much lesser challenges as opposed to our engagement with Alshabaabs. Consider the following points

✈Not true, they wanted to remove Kabila jr and take power.
- They were made up of child-fighters recruited forcibly.
✈ but there were fewer children compared to a number of adults. You can check their trainings in utube.
- Your force was combined of JWTZ, Malawi, Congo and South Africa.
✈The FIB force was mainly made of Tanzania and South Africa(forget about Malawi because you wont give me even a picture of Malawi soldier in DRC).By the way,in Somalia also there are Kenya,Uganda,Burundi,Somalia and in some occassion,Ethiopians chip in to assist!
- UN made sure M23 were deprived of any sort of help. So they were left at the mercy of your attacks
✈There was a lot of time that m23 got an assistace from neighbouring countries!
Now compare this with Alshabaabs, who were
- Well funded fighters who were composed of jihadists from multiple nations
✈Like m23!
- They had state-of-the-art fighting equipments
✈Like what Kenyans and Ugandans have!
- Were religiously driven, ready to die, meaning they were not looting like M23, but hellbent fighters with strategy
✈Any soldier in frontline is ready to die any time because bullets has no name in it but they are written'to whom it may concern'
- Half of our country is occupied by Somalis and not easy to tell them apart
✈This is where i said, you could have added 'smart and wise' in your movement to Somalia. Not just'fast and furious'

Stop hiding behind Tanzanians and face me like a man, eti nawaona Wabongo, unajifanya Mtanzania ili uchonganishe Wakenya na Wabongo lakini tunawajua sana shenzi.type go solve face your ghosts back in Rwanda and allow exorcism into your pathetic life.

Let me give you some tips on the art of business negotiations
- Learn about your partner's perspective but don't approach from the same
- Always know each protagonist will want anything and everything, it's your players' responsibilities to deter and get the best.
- There is no such thing as brotherhood on that table, it's all about business and may be share a drink later

Sasa mbona unaji-contradict tena? You dnt have to give me any lesson, since you the one who is throwing ambiguous claims and, then create an argument within. From what you said above, thats exactly Tanzania is doing. And your right "no brotherhood" thanks for clarifying that notion.

Your mistake is that instead of learning our perspective and reacting tactfully, you're running helter-skelter at the slightest challenge. You need to stay the whole course and play your cards right.
Anyway I won't dwell on this because I have noticed someone must have advised Tanzania government on this, they seem to have come back running and are playing again. They are back at the table but hope they won't get emotive again.
