Most Tanzanians say that Kenyans covet their land and mineral resources. The point is no African country will come and steal your resources. This will be done for you by some smart Alec from an industrialized nation such as the US, UK, China etc whom you consider to be your true friends. Kenya does not have the industries to make use of your bloody Uranium or some other cursed mineral- the markets are not here. As for land, we have since realized that we have vast amounts of it if we only embraced technology as opposed to the archaic rain fed Agriculture. It is for this reason that from this year we are converting the hitherto unused Arid lands to arable through irrigation. You therefore do not need to look over your shoulders to check who is coming to steal your land. Perhaps of importance to you is to formulate sufficient laws to mitigate against hungry folks from industrialized nations who will soon call on you with token aid while plundering your massive resources. Finally and as you may already be aware, God was not mean to us, we have our own resources too and we are discovering a lot more. We have no need for yours.
