Belarus closes embassy in Ethiopia, opens one in Kenya

MINSK, 30 August (BelTA) – Belarus is going to close the embassy in Ethiopia and open one in Kenya, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian diplomatic mission. Due to the forthcoming closure the embassy in Ethiopia will stop providing consular services as from 31 August, the website reads. If need be, citizens are advised to contact Belarusian embassies in nearby countries: Egypt, Nigeria, and South Africa. The Belarusian embassy in Kenya is supposed to open soon. When it opens exactly will be announced later.

You are confessing you be receiving more aids than us, then where are you relocating those aids? To the toilet 🚽? How do you categorize those aids to your national budget sources distribution?

So according to you, our budget depends on aid, but we do not receive enough, unlike you guys who doesn't depend on aid much, but you receive more. Then you were supposed to be food sufficient, safer, growing at a faster pace than Tz, though i dont believe the data you've provided on aid dependency.
You should ask yourselves where is the much more aid you receive goes to.

because they still need the lucrative business...that's why they opted to settle with the Tanzanian govt ...usually this wouldn't even happen with other nations.... but since they still need to run their business in the country, they had to take a soft stance with Magu...these westerners are very cunning...they'll even lick your ass if they know they are going to benefit a lot from it...thats what they do in other resource-rich nations like DRC

I personally and many african countries except kenya have alot to learn form JPM type of diplomacy, I know of a number of countries that literaly camp at London or Newyork looking for Aid and Fdi..JPM is chasing away Acacia yet their Gvt is Flocking to Dar to support JPM's Programes with free money...The guy must be a genious

People who criticizing JPM Diplomacy are laymen or know nothing about Diplomacy

Diplomacy is often misunderstood for manipulating, but its actually responding to a situation on the situation needs. Not focusing on what is important to some personal people's perceptions.

It's all about yield the maximum of any give situation, to avoid conflicts, to maintain relationships, one has to be a diplomatic. Its an art of managing the situations and relations without quarrels as long as you protect bigger interests its more of negotiations and finding comfort on both the sides.

No hurt. No loss, and this is what JPM maintained on his Diplomacy spectrum people use to think Diplomacy is all about boarding and landing as to many countries as possible walikariri upumbavu and that's costing their mediocre mindsets big time wondering how he managing to win what they expected to be impossible.

Boss you are running the risk of contradicting yourself. I though you insist that the almighty kenya does not receive aid(free money)..and aid is the preserve of poor LDC's like Tz..

There is a different between recieving aid and depending on aid... Tz budget reading would literally come to a halt if free grants stopped comming in... While Kenya doesnt even include grants in her budget

So you are admitting that TZ receives More free Money than Kenya from UK/US/EU and on top of that gets even more FDI.
On the other hand Kenya receives 8% loans from eurobonds and even less FDI..
JPM's diplomacy is something that needs to be studied by scholars, There is no way that a country can be slapping foreign investors with crazy $190b Fines and yet their governments flock the country with money! - intrest free money

how does JPM get such deals with no state visits and other high profile meetings?
This sort of diplomacy must be studied, its unusualy cheap and very productive..
We have alot to learn from JPM, or may be he has a very effective foreign affairs minister
