Umeona nimezungumzia gari aina gani? sijazungumzia mark2 wala crown... nimetaja kitu Range rover, a car that costs more than 100 million, this is not a case of comfortability, its a case of limbukeni. Buying a car over having your own house as a security for your life? Think twice
 
Tanzania tumeiosma namba baada ya serikali kuzuia sukari isiingie kutoka nje ambayo wafanya biashara ndio walikuwa wakileta, hata hivo wafanya biashara walikuwa wakificha sukari wakitaka wauze kwa bei ya juu.

Hamuna hela za kutosha za kujaribu kupunguza watu waishie kwenye slums? Hebu nisaidie MK254, huu uchumi mnaojisifia, ni uchumi wa serikali au ni uchumi wa wananchi?

And mimi sijifariji kuwa kenya iko na slums, because thats a fact, 56% of your population are living in Slums, then you are coming here bragging being the best economic developed country 😀 Its a Shame, if we look at those statistics it shows this economic you are talking about benefits the leaders and not you ordinary citizens.

Kwa vile mmeguswa ndipo sasa na uchumi wenu ndio unajidai having slums has nothing to do with your development! Poor you guys

Kwa kuwashauri bure anzisheni kilimo cha umwagiliaji kuliko kuendelea kujisifu na uchumi wa kati uku mnakufa njaa kila mwaka

Uchumi umeshikwa na watu wachache wengine asilimia 90 wapo kwenye slum

Wewe ni mpumbavu mkubwa. Basic food stuff hazipo halafu wewe unakuja na ujuha wako eti upungufu wa unga sukari blah blah si upungufu wa chakula. Hivi wewe unajua wananchi wa kawaida wangapi wameathirika na kukosekana kwa vitu hivyo kwenye maduka ya mitaani!!??

It's still about comfortability.
Taking myself as an example, what I pay for rent is a bit higher than what my tenant pays me for my house. I just preferred being closer to town so I spend alittle more time at home and with my family than on the road. So ningejua, iyo hela niliojengea I could have invested elsewhere.
Now the range rover guy could be living in a rental apartment somewhere in masaki but has heavily invested in say government bonds. So yes he might not own a house per say but he is comfortable in his rented apartment.
"Kujenga" might not be a univeral ticket to success, life doesn't have one formula that works for everybody what's important is how comfortable and happy you is.
 
I should have elaborated what i meant. Imagine you own a range rover living in a rented house somewhere may be in Jangwani. Anyways even if you stay in masaki, i think the person who owns his house is more comfortable than the one who rented it. Labda uwe mgeni nchini i'll understand. The best life formula is to know anytime you might fall. Tunaona watu wanavohangaika kulipa kodi ya nyumba, imagine this person angekuwa ana nyumba yake mwenyewe. Nyumba ina stara, and a house is a big investment. I believe people workong legal jobs wish to have their own house
 

And nationwide what was our percentage back then and now? And your country? I dont see us bragging about being the best economically. In fact even when our government says our economy grows the people disagree with them because we look at our lives, have they gone better compare with the statements? We live in reality.... may be if you also live in it, you would stop bragging about it and compare to Tanzania. How can you compare you good economically developed country to that one you "know" poor economically? A good comparison would be Kenya vs SA, Nigeria, Angola, Egypt, ghana dont you think? But you compare with TZ because you are in the same level as TZ, so when you go slightly high, you entertain yourself with us.

Ferrari competition isnt against toyota altezza, but with lamborghini/maserrati and the likes. When ferrari compares itself with the altezza, it means they are insecured about their perfomance.

What if you bring your news and stop comparing to TZ and may be go for the countries on same level as yours, it wont hurt you right?

MTU wa chini wa Kenya ni maskini hasa! Hana Nyumba ya kwake, hana shamba, hana ajira! Lakini mtu wa chini wa Tanzania unakuta ana heka zaidi ya kumi za ardhi! Ana Nyumba ya kwake hata kama si nzuri sana na ana uwezo wa kujiajiri!
Hata vijana wanaohangaika mijini ni tatizo LA akili tu! Maana wameacha mashamba vijijini na kukimbilia mijini!
Tanzania hatuna tatizo LA umaskini maana nchi yetu INA raslimali nyingi sana za asili na mito mingi na ardhi nyingi na sehemu kubwa haijaanza kutumiwa!
Tatizo kubwa LA Tanzania ni elimu na upungufu wa uzalendo! Adui ujinga na ufisadi bado unatusumbua! Magufuli amejitahidi sana kupiga vita ufisadi na amefanikiwa kwa kiasi kikubwa lakini mafisadi bado wapo wanasubiri miaka 10 ipite!
Elimu tunayoihitaji Tanzania ni mwamko tu wa kutumia na kuthamini ardhi na raslimali nyingine kitaalam zaidi! In fact we are far better off than most of the African countries including Kenya!

That much I agree but what I meant was that owning a house is not a formula that works for everyone!
A case in point is that I am far much more comfortable as of now living as a tenant than if I was to live in my own house even though it would be cheaper. Had I not built I wouldn't have built, at least not now and definitely not in town. What I will need when the kids are older is a retirement home far away from the city noise and pollution.
