In any case, this is a non starter. Both our countries are spectacularly well endowed by nature and none of us can say that ours is better in those terms...the only difference is in human created environments and when we come to that....well, I don't want to be rude!

we have a revolving restaurant in Dar too, on this newly built tower DIAMOND JUBILEE TOWER, angalia vizuri pale juu kenye kile kiduara, na usisahau nyingine pale pspf twin towers 35x 2, these towers are on their 11th floor now, 24 more to go

THE CHANGING FACE OF DAR ES SALAAM
these video clips are wee bit old as more towers underconstruction are already above now and uhuru tower together with viva tower already started removing those green clothing, near ppf tower a tower called IT PLAZA is almost done without forgeting diamond plaza near kitega uchumi, RITA tower 30 storeys near club bilicanas on its 18th floor now, city plaza near ben mkapa towers 22 storeys on its 17th floor now, samora tower 23 storeys near jm mall, and our two giants psp twin towers 35x 2 storeys are now visible from a distance changing completely the face of our city.

NDINDA and the rest...you guys started this fight with my compatriot Mekatilili and he wiped the floor with you. Now you want a reprise? You guys must be gluttons for punishment because, again, this is a fight you will lose....and the sad thing is, it's not even necessary to go down this route because that's not what this thread is about.

Believe me or not...!
Our Dar cannot be compared with Nairobi!

My company has an Head Office at Dar and a branch in Nairobi where regulary visit with the reason of Auditing the work; for sure that city is really built and that is one of the reasons it is being ranked number one in East Africa.

For those who doubt it is time to google and get answer and for those who've visited Nairobi and Dar; you've an answer though you must be proud with your City Dar

Of course I know Nairobi, Dar cannot compete at all in all perspectives be it modernisation, planning, extent, infrasrture, services and many others. Let us call a spade a spade

Delta4, Nairobbery, Mwembetayari na wengine, achana na watu hawa ambao wamezaliwa Tanzania na hawajawahi kutoka nje wanaijua Dar tu. Nawambia siku wakifika Nairobi na kuona kwa macho yao ushamba utawatoka tu.
Halafu watanzania lazima tukubali Kenya wametuzidi kwa kila kitu, na kama tunataka kuwakimbiza angalau tuwakaribie basi tuachane na mzimu au pepo mchafu CCM, bila hivyo maendeleo ni ndoto za mchana
