I am the one who introduced the IET to you.i politely pointed you to a link where if you were a member you would have received information about one of the year's top conference on infrastructure. It was a very useful information to anyone claiming to be an Engineer.

Do you know what a study abroad or exchange program is? In America and much of Europe, high school and university students have the opportunity to study in a different country-for a semester or two-the courses are structured to meet major requirements. For example, an American student can study Business Law from a Chinese perspective, in a Chinese University. The course is taught in English.

Anyone can write in Chinese using google translate. Do you know what google translate is? But this is not the point, the question is simple, ask him to provide evidence that backs his assertions.
