In Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu, large estates are sprouting all over like mushroom.
Infact, All along Mombasa Road, Are Estates all the way to Isinya.

I was in Kajiado, and I observed Thousands of new Factories and Estates all the way along Mombasa Road to Kajiado.

Such Estates as this crystal Rivers are just to many to even care about them anymore.

Kenya is too way far when it comes to urbanisation and settlements....it's a true capitalized Nation and well determined. Watanzania hili eneo bado sana and it will take many years to compete with Kenya. Tusidanganyane katika hili, pls let's not waste our time. Kenya hongereni sana....you can only compete with Angola, South Africa, Namibia, a bit Of Rwanda, and northern parts of Africa.Thank u
