I think Kabaridi verily chooses to turn a blind eye to the obvious. Am back; happy new year, Ab-Titchaz, Kabaridi, Mekatilili, Edzeame, Reginald12, Mwembetayari, nomasana, Smatta Bukyanagandi... Askari Kanzu, Geza Ulole, (keep of my six this year) inclusive of the entire Jamii fraternity.HAPPY NEW YEAR!
While at it, welcome to the most fractious politiking machineries this part of the world.
 this year, i have important matters to deal with on hydrocarbons sensitization in my own country:ranger: before things get worse, so worry not...happy new year though :second:! Though i must admit the writer is a very bright man and a truly patriotic Kenyan with Kenya at his heart unfortunately sons and daughters of Mumbi won't heed his calling out! If u can get to read this u will understand why Kenya is about to be doomed on Tanzania's gain! So make a right decision come March...

Kuna mwimbaji moja mashuhuri alisema "Emancipate yourself from mental slavery non but ourselves can free our minds" Na ndio tatizo Sisi waafrika tunao. Kwani ni sisi waafrika tunahitaji kutawaliwa kiakili, kiuchumi, kimaadili nk?!

You are trying very hard to make this thing look like "Us Vs the West"...this is Uhuru Kenyatta's naive cry.
Nobody is buying that. That train left the station a long time ago and the best person to ask is one Kalonzo
Musyoka who did all that shuttle diplomacy that amounted to nothing.

You can go burying your proverbial head in the sand lakini ukweli utabaki palepale. The ICC cases have nothing
to do with the West. It is Kenyan MP's, orchestrated by Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto, who kept saying "dont
be vague Go to Hague'...Leo hii majina yao yalipotokea kama chief suspects all of a sudden we have this about
turn!

Kenya is a signatory of the ICC and nobody put a gun to her head to sign that agreement. Thus the cases have
to go on and people have to live with the consequences. Dragging a whole country to suffer the predicaments of
these 2 individuals is very selfish and narcissistic.... 'hawawesmake'!

Here we go again. I would not bear the single thought that ruto especially called the Hague thing for his own individual prosecution. I know they thought it would have dispenced justice after exhausting all options.

simmilarly, a court that is oiled with the same impunity and that lack of integrity will never make the "victims" of impunity see the light of day. I am not a lawyer but ask one that using the legal system to forcefully peg policies on third world governments is their mission and will never be the solution to resolving conflicts in Africa. After 63 independence I do not know how independent we became?

I am without fear signing off by saying that their pursuit for justice in such cases is a red-herring. Anyone's campaign seeking the presidential ticket should be beyond taking us back to history as one man said no one dwell in history.

Please don't try and explain something for a politician. The man says he supports the Hague option and that's the
bed he made. Trying to spin it a different way might sound intelligent to the uninitiated. Here is what Ruto said:

  • Agriculture minister wants Annan to hand over Waki envelope to ICC prosecutor without further delay

Agriculture minister William Ruto wants the secret envelope containing names of the post-election violence suspects handed over to the International Criminal Court at The Hague without further delay.

Mr Ruto says the two-month period given by former UN secretary-general Kofi Annan to Kenya to make a new attempt at setting up a local tribunal to try the suspects was unnecessary.

"Kofi Annan should hand over the envelope that contains names of suspects to the International Criminal Court at The Hague so that proper investigations can start," Mr Ruto said. "Mr Annan should allow us to move forward. We cannot just get stuck in one place addressing the same thing."

Mr Ruto's latest stand contradicts the position of Prime Minister Raila Odinga, leader of his ODM party, who prefers a local tribunal.

A government motion to set up a special local tribunal was defeated in Parliament earlier this month, raising the possibility that suspects whose names were given to Mr Annan in a sealed envelope by the Waki Commssion could be taken to The Hague for trial.

As I said before, nobody held a gun to Kenya's head and told the country to become a signatory of the ICC. Also
if the Kenyan population feel like you do, then let there be a referendum to pull Kenya out of the ICC...viola! problem
solved! Pray dot tell, why is this not happening?

I am without fear signing off by saying that their pursuit for justice in such cases is a red-herring. Anyone's campaign seeking the presidential ticket should be beyond taking us back to history as one man said no one dwell in history.

Dont get this twisted Kabaridi!!!!...Kenyans through their own Parliament took themselves to the Hague. Its not
Ocampo or anybody at the ICC who came to Kenya and said "lets investigate the post election violence of 2007".
Please stop lying to people here that the west is imposing this thing on Kenya!

A bed was made and somebody has to lay in it!

I really don't understand this obsession with ICC. Those who are indeed innocent should not have anything to fear.

Now we are talking, then my friend why are we both laboring to naught about the ICC, as well as let us get one thing straight think not that I am against the ICC process in Kenya. very much, I appreciate the very fact that the ICC will serve this generation and the future and is here to stay in Kenya. One thought by soliciting the ICC process for their gain would work for them, but remember a shrewd politician like raila does not need to be governed by his ideological stance for local tribunal or for against ICC. he needs not to honor his stand for or against the ICC. Today politicians will say this tomorrow they say the something contrary.

For me I echo Uhuruto's stance on following their course to head to the ICC trial to complete their trial. Their stance either should not make people restless or jittery as uhuruto are culprits as per the ICC, and those not indicted by the court should now sell their formula for a prosperous Kenya, rather than over shouting about the ICC.

Or call akina Geza Ulole and Askari Kanzu to spoil the party for you with Post election violence pictures and excerpts.

this a very wrong approach my brother Uhuru literally salivated fo an ICC litigation process. Sweet for them i guess. Raila just as Uhuru and Ruto are both conniving with Uhuru being the bigger fox with total disrespect for the law.

CAPTION THIS: How do you dishonour a written and signed agreement enforceable by law and deposited with a constitutional bound "custodian" and still deride the agreement? Is it because he is running the nation as a defacto president or what? Sheer lack of political ethics, and, worse off he goes ahead to the extent of calling a coalition partner as being bedeviled/devil charmed or what was that ideology he used? Uhuru is the worst of the flock my brother.

mfianchi,

walivosema wahenga kila soko ina wendawazimu wake lol (wendawazimu yaani si wamerukwa akili bali msemo tu)..umenena ukweli kuhusu sonko, waititu nk.

dude, please carry on with your Uhuruto campaign without mentioning/involving me...i've been avoiding these politics threads for a reason!

You castigate these man Uhuru, I mean there seem to be some simmering expressions of hatred among jubilee ditractors against uhuruto campaigners. These have been stigmatized on account of the ICC, yet those who engineer the ICC like britain are architects and on record of commiting one of the worst human right atrocities/black-hole of calcutta. Yet you will never see US drones and their masterminds take a stand before the ICC. Killing sensely, yet as african we are left to hate one another ICC being the faultline.

take a glimpse and it touuches your conscience please let it also shake most of us

Ndugu yangu i like the fact that you are the only guy that has tried to remain rational

You bro. because Africans have a long history of being slaves, does not mean that Africans must always be enslaved or continue being slaves. We have a few enslaved kenyan people, who having a lucrative job abroad and earning a fairly good salary in hard currency now feel the world stops at that point and will continue castigating leadership that is neutral. These folks will go as far as selling their real identities and continue unrestrained resonating with the west even if policies are unrealistic and unobjective. It needs not a rocket scientist to see that the west through their diplomats have failed to remain objective in their dealing with African governments. Why do people pick on one side of the debate?

Politicians themselves are never innocent and many of them have done worse things. It is unfortunate if one politian becomes stigmatized or propitiates for the wrong of many.

Everyone must be answerable and willing to carry their own cross and stop using other people to cover their stained character/individuality/profile.

Those real post election violence perpatrators will be rewarded by God and held accountable for the lives lost.

caption a part of this writer's utterances;
But it’s also a fragile
state in transition.
That’s why powerful states
are keenly interested in
Kenya. They will be
damned if they let it
fall into the wrong
hands.

who is more conniving in this case, according to him "powerful states" will never let kenya fall into the wrong hands. Kenya does not belong to the powerful states and this is the mindset that is stalking and bedeviling those bereft of the reality that African states for half a century have been independent.

Famous quotes doing rounds in KE:

Naomi Shaaban in Taita Taveta - all I want is you people to vote for me. For the presidency, you know what to do. Si mnakumbuka hapa Taveta hatuna mashamba baada zikunyakuliwe na mtu mmoja?

Charles Keter in Keiyo Marakwet - najua nyote mnasema ACHICHA. We understand you very well. All we want is for you to give the other seats to URP but for the presidency mtumie akili. Hatujasahau what they did to us.....

Aden Duale in Garissa - I am not going to force a certain presidential candidate down your throats. Lakini mimi pia ni mtoto wenu, msinitupe.

Ali Mwakwere in Kwale - shida zetu hapa Pwani ni mengi. I know who can solve them and who can not. Vote me in, I will continue championing for your interests. But I need a president who has coastal and Muslims need at heart. You know what to do...Uhuru tuko pamoja Hague

Hi Edzeame, very first engagement in JF. Thanx bro. Anyway, i dont hate the fella but i have no love for the fella either. Infact i have zero stakes with one Jakom i.e. if he wins or looses but will prefer him to UK any day.

However, theres ever a marching troop within JF commandeered by one Kabaridi, a very good pal, and that will go the extra mile of beating Jakom to pulp. Being an avid hater of Uhuru, i feel convinienently compelled to balance the negative vibe. hehe. *no enslavement by western fear or culture*

Have you seen anyone peddling the campaign troll about the "DEAD TNA REGISTERED MEMBERS"? NOPE!! If this malpractise was CORDs' u can imagine the orgasmic bursts some of u wld be riding on right now. Curious, or is this a riggin ploy?lol. To back and affirm a win against Jubilee owns' voter registers?

The PEV maneno is one complex pandora, latest to come thru is linking waiganjo to Mungiki.....could he be the one ICC was talking about? Let the police do their work. As for one politicial figure taking the fall, i believe the ICC prosecutor wanted samples from both divides but who later decided to have a marriage of convinience. Not commenting on the guilty or not verdict however.

ICC ifanye kazi, *no enslavement*...tungechinjana over the same politicians for no sane reason.

welcome abode livefire

Hehe what about Kabaridi, I think the guy is realistic by some standards but sometimes I admit he can be uncontrollable at times. Not a bad fella though I enjoy the fact his vitriol is a neutrlizer that neutralizes some of the madness in JF that is inform of **militant ATTz** lol**

The very fact that no one is peddling TNA's dead registeration could be a sign that this is the work of others outside the coalition. I think someone may have hacked into the TNA database, most probably that hand of TNA's worthy opponents of amani or cord. It reminds me of left vs right-wing US politics.

About ICC let justice prevail.
