Kenyans shame Tanzanians for attempting to ‘steal’ Lupita

Duh!!!kimbe mpka rais anatuogopa wakenya

Wakenya wanafanya haya yote kama utani tu, ingekuwa ni mkenya amekurupuka kiasi hicho hilo suala lingejadiliwa hadi kwenye bunge la Tz. Kuna wale kati yao ambao wangebubujikwa na machozi kabisaaa! [emoji1]

My fellow Tanzanians you have to understand who you're dealing with---- NARCISSISTS

What is Narcissism and who is a Narcissist?

~Narcissism is just 'high self esteem'

~Narcissists have a sense of high self esteem but underneath they are insecure and overcompensating

~Narcissists believe they really are awesome and you're not.

~Narcissists want to be on top of the one who is already on top of the person on top

Narcissists have a personality disorder called 'Narcissistic Personality disorder'

HOW TO SPOT A NARCISSIST

~Narcissists are Envious of others and believe others envy them

~They behave in an arrogant or haughty manner, coming across as conceited, boastful and pretentious

~They Insist on having the best of everything

~They believe they're superior and can only associate with equally special people

~Monopolize conversations and belittle or look down on people they perceive as inferior

~They have an exaggerated sense of self importance

~They Have a sense of entitlement and require constant, excessive admiration

~They expect to be recognized as superior even without achievement that warrant it

~They exaggerate achievements and talents

THINGS THAT NARCISSISTS 'DON'T DO'

~They don't like to be polite- they might show you a nice, fake personality at the beginning. Don't buy it, it's a trap my dear.

~They don't give credit where credit is due- narcissists don't like to make other people feel good about themselves

~They don't consider others people as equal- due to their delusional entitled behaviour and exaggerated self confidence. These people actually believe that they own this world

THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER DO WITH A NARCISSIST

~Don't underestimate the power of narcissism- they are only interested in gaining

~Don't believe them- there's nothing wrong with you, trust yourself and if they try to make yourself feel like shit don't let it get to you

~Don't minimize their behavior- these people are self serving and suck the energy out of everyone they come in contact with.

~Don't try to win over them- shut the F up, don't urge with them, show them that you're not interested in playing the game of being better than or smart than, it'll not kill their energy but it'll help to drain an amount of it.

~Don't dare to explain yourself. Why even bother yourself to do that?!

~Don't ever let yourself feel like you have to justify your thoughts, actions or feelings- they want you to second guess yourself, don't.

~Don't overshare personal information.

~Don't expect empathy and fairness from a narcissist.

~Don't expect them to change

~Don't take their actions personally- they do this to literally everyone and they can't help it.

CAUSES OF NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER

~Environment

~Genetics- inherited characteristics

~Neurobiology- the connection between the brain and behaviour and thinking.

Can't be cured though they can learn to control their behaviour and actions

Good description of Tanzanians.
They exaggerate achievements and talents. For instance, after building some towers now you regard yourselves as the giant of East Africa. You would have specialised in infrastructure first especially roads. You have very poor roads. Where on earth will you find murram roads on CBD. After having skylines now you consider yourselves better than Nigerians. I saw someone criticizing Lagos development while saying that darislum has already surpassed Nigerian cities.
You are a good definition of narcissists

The first in East Africa to win it if I'm right.
Very nice dramaqueen1, but we are talking about actors/actresses. Kenya has got supermodels too since a long time ago. What are the achievements of any Tanzanian actor in Hollywood? I have seen someone here trashing Lupita Nyong'o's talent and yet she has won the hightest award in acting circles, an Oscar.
