Stop twisting the argument and yes, SA is 100 times better than Tanzania. Any Tanzanian would wish Tz was like SA.

Yes Africa needs infrastructure but at this cost? $2.3bllion for 470km?Those countries developed long ago when our forefathers were still living in the jungle. We can not take everything after them. Look at China, Singapore,UAE, Qatar... they are doing mega infrastructure than what the west have.. we are in a different time.. The west can give a model for the best institutions because they have become better and stronger over time.
