On a Facebook post the President is said to have witnessed the destruction of contraband, counterfeit, and illicit products worth 1.5 billion shillings.
Also before the destruction of said " 1.5 billion shs contrabands" the President said "he will neither be scared, threatened or side-tracked in his current determination to rid the country of corruption and economic crimes" . Now for a president to hint that he won't be scared employs a huge deal as to what kind of a person he is. A serious leader will never even have a thought of saying such words. Why would the President think of being threatened? Who will threaten him?
Tukiachana na him being scared and threatened here is what the post read again "...The foodstuff included 124 bags of sugar in 50 kg bags, 188 bags of rice in 25 kg bags, cooking oil and assorted juices.

To ensure that the items were completely destroyed, the sugar and rice were mixed with coal to facilitate combustion " seriously? Mixing with coal? Are kenyans this gullible? was there even any foodstuff in the first place?
Is he still doing PR?
And just throwing this out there, the president's views on corruption in Hardtalk is just daebak " .. a giant beast... slay this dragon " like corruption is a mythical thing.

Simple, under the new constitution of Kenya 2010 the president's powers were slashed, and distributed. The judiciary, the legislature through parliament and the devolved governments through the Council of Governors all wield immense power over president U.K. Any of those can be used to frustrate the fight against graft in high places.

What a senseless observation. Your argument reminds me of two people: former POTUS George W Bush and London mayor Sadiq Khan. Bush said that him as the president and on behalf of American people, 'WONT BE COWED' by what he referred to as cowadice actions of terrorism following 9/11bomb attack. Sadiq Khan said that London city wouldn't "be cowed by terrorists" back in 2017 when the said city was attacked. So we're the above leaders really afraid of their aggressors?.

I'd understand "COWED", but scared and threatened?

Hahahaaa! What's the dictionary meaning of to COW?. Basically is to couse someone to submit on one's wishes may be through intimidation or threats. I'll urge you may be to look at the synonyms of the same. eg unnerve, subdue, tyrannize etc.

Threat and intimidation are two different words. But have some correction. Example: Intimidation can come about as a result of being threatened or threatening someone can result to intimidation. About sugar, juice and coal it's your own Cup of tea and it does not concern me.
