Tanzanians you are equitably poor ie fair distribution of poverty. That is why you are not motivated to achieve more. Your economy is not growing faster inf act the IMF reviewed your growth rate from 2017 and clarified your growth rates are a myth in your ill educated heads, that you claim to have a brain.Thank you for confessing that Economy is not your field. Tanzania economy grows faster than Kenya. But growth of Economy without fair distribution of that growth, does not increase the purchasing power of population. In order to know if economic growth increases purchasing power of majority, you must look another indicator known as "Gini coeficience".
What is fair? Do you want a person like you and your compatriots idling all day and others ding low skilled work to earn a six figure salary or earn the same as a ceo? Get real, that is why your country is full of miserable malnourished children who can not read or write.
