that buildinng can withstand an earthquake, a bomb explotion and have minimal damage FYI. the way its build, its actually bigger on the inside with many officces space you could get lost within the same floor, unlike other skyscrappers where what you see on the outside is what you get onthe inside.... that building is not just tall, but its actually bigger in terms of office space... and thats how the achitectures endes up with that design, rangi ya nyumba ndo naona inaleta hizi porojo zote, hio picha iko hapo juu is not the best version ya hio color ya hilo jumba, inakaa ni kama imezeeka. bado walikua wanapaint hio picha ikipigwa, but once umeingia ndani utasahau uko kenya

UAP tower has intelligent light systems,a combination of expensive shiny granite and glass cladding system.Not only is the building erected on the prow of upperhill,it is also taller in its height and stands majestically tall overlooking the Nairobi metropolis.The spire at the apex of the tower is fully lit by LED at night plus the top triangle......but its title as the tallest is only but lasting for weeks time since Britam is climbing to the skies at 200m as we speak.
