my suggestion is based on the root and cause of all this dick measuring contest. If you want to eliminate the problem...deal with the cause first
You're like them and am not like y'all, so stop stereotyping!

No body is poor buddy....east African countries ain't poor ....the thing we are lacking is technology ,we have all basics human needs !!

A building doesn't need to be all glass to be termed as beautiful. I think UAP wanted to be a lil unique by going a bit 'old school' in design which for me I think is OK.cities like Paris, London and even new York have such 'old school' designs and they are quite OK.

I find nothing classy with TZ towers.kwanza the guy who posted here Rita towers walai!!!BTW I'm realizing our neighbours TZ think as long as a building is tall its classy pia they worship glass towers but I understand its coz they started seeing them recently when bank of Tanzania put one the twin towers.sisi nai hata 1998 kina Cooperative bank were here and btw ibebwe iwekwe dar itastandout kuliko zote

Hey this is off topic but I jut want to prove to TZ brothers that urefu si kila kitu.In many threads they say Nairobi haiendelei just coz not many towers are being put up.have a look at this classy yet short thing in upperhill.

I guess Kenyan architectures have been obsessed with what they are seeing in those cities, unfortunately those old school architecture do not have touch in modern World, even those cities now are struggling to modernize themselves.Look this building which was built in 1930-1931 have same touch with your new building. It is still old school Nairobi even those sorrounding buildings have the same touch and you are going back 70 years
