nda, ca n CC are inevitable in any smart contract especially when the parties to the contract are P&P. the doctrine of it is to avoid other people (third party) to pop noise on others business.

Kwani was it a lie, Japan has debt to GDP ratio of about 250% while Kenya is at a paltry 57%, for a country to develop, it can't manage without increasing debt, same way Kenya is developed than Tanzania by far, but your debt to GDP ratio is understandably lower than ours.
You can't avoid debts, your country leadership keeps on lying to the myopic danganyikas that they are building everything kwa pesa ya ndani without debts, this is impossible unless your government has been having some other secret source of revenue, like being part of elephant poaching that your country is infamous for.
