you don't know lawyers! If GOK wants to be embarrassed they should go forward and press charges and then you will see what it means an accusation being proven true!
President Uhuru Kenyatta as a person and not the government has
pressed charges already.
It is not something which will happen but has already taken place.
How will Uhuru or government get embarrassed by going to the
court for what they feel is their right to do???
