And who told you hotel ratings are based solely on the nature of buildings that house them? It's about service delivery, not brick and mortar. Kuna hoteli kadhaa za makuti ama bamboo/mbao and are rated 5-star. Alafu unajiona uko na uelewa wa mambo saaaana! Danganyika type kabisa!
