And one wargon can only carry at most two 40 footers.One has a payload of about 35tons×2=70. Rest is idle

Who told u so? Wagon cars can carry 4 times 40ft containers!

I ment those common teus and 40fts we see on roads and container terminals(intermodal containers) and true, the open wagons, hoppers, some tankers etc can do 120t but we know you are taking cargo to an inland depot in Dodoma and not a mine or a mill or a cement factory meaning you need road transport to a final destination(last mile connectivity)and your roads cant hold such a load.
 
and to add, if you increase the no of axles kenyas sgr can do above 100t/wagon. Point to note, max carrying capacity ya sgr Kenya in 22m vs 17m sgr tz
 
Huwezi kuringanusha kisumu na mwanza. Kisumu iko vizuri sana. Mpangilio tu wao,barababara,majengo. Sisi miji yetu tunaweka weka tu. Sisi wanaohusika na mipango ya miji hawako active kupanga miji kabla wananchi hawajavamia maeneo na kujenga holela

FYI there r wagons car can carry 4 40ft containers in a doublestacked! Wacha ujinga!

U can only meet the 22mln tons mark by added frequencies! But having an SGR design having hardly a side railway to bypass each can limit operation! A reason that figure is unrealistic to be achieved ask Dr. Ndii will explain that to u! Whereas Dar-Moro track has a parallel line of around 50 km to allow incoming to bypass each other. BTW ur axle load of 25 tons can't be exceeded! I have seen ur wagon cars! Another thing is curvature radius of ur SGR design can't allow those long wagon cars!

Geza uko na ufala! ebu leta EVIDENCE.India tried Triple stacking and failed.Hakuna wagon inaweza bemba containers upto the 4th tier and to put it into perspective containers kwa port are piled upto the forth tier(imagine that height being dragged by a train). Hakuna wagon iko na length ya 40ft+40ft(two container double stacked in one row).

There r containers 57ft n 60 ft long!
