To be honest, Kisumu haiwezi kulinganishwa na Mwanza hata kidogo. Kisumu lags behind in many aspect of a city. Labda linganisha Kisumu na Arusha tena hata Arusha inaweza kuwa better than Kisumu. That is the bitter truth whether you agree or not.
