Ukiangalia non current liabilities zao wana deni la karibu 1.3 trillion shillings, ambapo asilimia kubwa ni malimbikizo ya kodi za nyuma. Si ajabu walikuwa wanaachiwa ili wapunguze madeni ya wachina aliyochukua Nehemia ambayo na yenyewe yalifika almost trillion shillings.
Kwa statement hiyo ya NHC kupunguza kodi za pango ni matatizo kwa sasa ukizingatia debt commitment walizonazo huku mapatato yao yanashuka annually.
It’s ‘catch 22’ ni tatizo zaidi kwa sababu uwezo wa wapangaji kulipa rent za sasa ni mdogo pia kwa rate za sasa. Solution ni kodi lazima ishuke amasivyo watapoteza wapangaji na mapato zaidi.

Besides it’s time to conduct another revaluation of assets, miradi mingi ya Nehemia aina market value kama NHC walivyokuwa wanainadi kwa ivyo kuna misrepresented value of assets on the books kuliko uhalisia wa sokoni.
