Are cities built or Do they Grow from small towns to urban centers depending on availability of jobs and business? I dont remember Kisumu being "built" and residents urshered in to occupy the new city. Neither was mombasa or Nairobi built then people told to go live there.
Just like Collapsing Tatu where real estste sharks are eating each other, Konza is a playground for Real estate speculators to lure unsuspecting buyers and defraud them. There is no city here..Cites are not "built"
