KQ light cancellations: How does it erode the bottom line

KQ is no longer reliable as it used to be. Nowadays, the flight cancellation and overbookings are the order of the day. When you want to use it in your trips, expect anything to happen. don't be supprised upon reaching the airport, you here the announcement that, dear our estimeed customer, we regret to announce that, the flight number so and so, flying to Nairobi has been cancelled, due to blah, blah.... Normally lame execuses. Please if you have a serious trip, think on the alternative.
