Mimi nimepata kazi mara tatu sehemu tofauti ikiwamo hii ya sasa hivi kupitia nafasi zilizokuwa zinatangazwa na EVERYTHINGDAR.COM na sasa zoomtanzania.com.

Lazima tukubali ukweli kuwa wplicants wengi tunaufahamu mdogo kuhusu , job search skills, computer applications (internet use/website information search), interview skills and job application package preparation.

The reason the former EverythingDar.com and now ZoomTanzania.Com has so many jobs, is because they protect the employers email address. If they post the actual email address, then that email is exposed to SPAM.

Employers also don’t want to share their emails, because they don’t want the HR manager, receiving hundreds of follow up emails from candidates that applied for the job asking about status.

This form of email protection by the so called CAPTCHA is greatly used by a lot of website too on their contact page as to prevent spams and automated email sending by robots for advertising or promotion. This is pretty standard, on any professional job site in the world.

The emails are protected by CAPTCHA, which is the code you have to enter before sending the email. This is the same for all listings on ZoomTanzania.com, not just jobs, and for the same reason as explained above.

They way this works, when you send a job application through the CAPTCHA form, the email goes directly to the right person at the company. If they reply to your email, then you will see their email address. This way, they are only exposing their email address to who they consider to be serious applicants.

Many companies here in TZ implement a strict “mailbox size”, meaning the email account can only hold so many emails before the mailbox is full. If you are receiving error messages that the email was not delivered, chances are good that it is because the mailbox is full and can’t accept any more emails.

This can happen very quickly for a popular job when many people apply, particularly with attachments of CV’s, certificates, etc. that fill up the mail box quickly. The best way to avoid this, is to apply early.

If you are not getting many interviews, it’s not Zoom Tanzania’s fault. It’s probably because you are applying for jobs that you are not qualified for, or because you are not writing a good cover letter. Cha msingi ni kujua kuwa website nyingi wanaolist jobs huwa zinaposting free na waajiri, pia huwa wanaongeza kwa kuchapisha nafasi kutoka kwenye matngazo ya kazi kwenye magazeti na hivyo kurahisisha kuweka pamoja nafasi hizi na kumsaidia yule na mimi tusioweza kununua magazeti mengi au kila siku, pia kuna waajiri ambao hawatangazi magazetini.

HarusiYetu thank you very much for a detailed explanation. Naona umewatetea sana EVERYTHINGDAR, nataka niuliza isnt it a good advertsiers duty to make sure what he/she is advertising for is geuine? Then how come LIVING FUND was cropped up by EVERYTHINGDAR?

Will u pls justify this one thing and i will be in favour of applying through EVERYTHINGDAR!!!!
