Kutumbua watu wasio na vyeti makazini was not wise decision

Did it help to solve unemployment rate?NO, even a fraction of it!, what justifies the move and who benefitted??...you dont have answers...qualified this qualified that, keep nonsense to your bloodyself! i dont think you even read my topic, incase you dont understand, people who are unqualified are made qualified while at work...someone who is experienced and is given training perfoms better .....ni hayo ndugu!
If that is the case why people go to school?we should all not go to school and be offered chances to work and gain experiences.
Another point you should note is that the aim of firing those unqualified workers was not to replace with qualified ones but rather to provide better services it doesnt matter how many workers have remained.

hmmmm,

you guys dont get it...

In hiring, the decision to appoint someone is weighed on the basis of what he will bring/add to the company and if that job cant be done already by current employees,,,

This is scrutinized in training analysis, in which managers always adopt cost- effective way approach i.e what is the best alternative? give minimum training to staff who already have experience or give job to someone inexperienced .......??

You guys want to underestimate the role of experience in predicting job perfomance......

I dare you, go to these hiring agencies/websites and see how experience is a factor!!.....do you think all these employers who want experienced individuals don't see all these fresh graduates???..............

In certain countries yes you can get a job without being in school, this is not a new thing....

And what evidence do you have that services were better/improved after firing unqualified staffs?

Again,i if the decision to fire unqualified staffs was done without intention of hiring qualified persons then the move is pointless and unjustified ...

The problem with you is that you need to concentrate with the outcome(unqualified experienced) instead of dealing with the source of the problem(corruption, undugulization).
Before we consider how experienced they are we have firstly consider how did they enter the system without fulfilling the requirements during the day 1?

leave my sponsor out of your bullshit. You must be naive to think more qualified people are being employed in this term, very naive. Of course it was not just my expectation,it was everbody's expectation that those qualified were going to replace underqualified, this was not the case, leaving us asking what was the reason/point of making people redundant?
Shikamoo kidhungu me was is no yes. Madam me ok!
