Hakuna cha handset cheap. Tigo on 19th Aug had serious problems and they commnicated to customers (those affected through sms) and they resumed at around 8:00 pm same day with an apology and a top up 50% to the affected customers. The problem was to majority of customers due to technical fault in their systems and not to cheap handsets, absolutely no.
Again, for tiGo I can say no frequent breakdown as compared to voda and Zain!!! I am subscribed to the 3 providers and I enjoy tiGo most!!!! Mtaniambia ohhh kwa kuwa ni cheap!! Yes, it is cheap and reliable for business!! Believe it or not!!
