Kwa watumiaji wa tigo

Hakuna cha handset cheap. Tigo on 19th Aug had serious problems and they commnicated to customers (those affected through sms) and they resumed at around 8:00 pm same day with an apology and a top up 50% to the affected customers. The problem was to majority of customers due to technical fault in their systems and not to cheap handsets, absolutely no.

Again, for tiGo I can say no frequent breakdown as compared to voda and Zain!!! I am subscribed to the 3 providers and I enjoy tiGo most!!!! Mtaniambia ohhh kwa kuwa ni cheap!! Yes, it is cheap and reliable for business!! Believe it or not!!

thank you very much for sharing your experience... I know pale tatizo lilikuwa kusema cheap! Yes i said it because that is the notion kuhusu tIGO, there is no need of anyone defending tIGO kwenye performance au cost.

what we need to advocate is for service providers kuwa na tabia ya ku-update kama kuna issues

Yet labda na kaselula kangu feki au kana virusi...

Inaonekana leo [tar 19/8/2009 tIGO imechoka na mitambo yake imegoma kutoa sauti... watu hawasikilizani na sometimes simu haziiti kabisa. ni tatizo la zaidi ya masaa sita na wale watumiaji wa mtandao huu ni mateso matupu wakati sekunde za watu zinaliwa... pole
