Nyama ya nguruwe ni nyama nzuri kiafya kwa sababu si nyama nyekundu sana na ni rahisi kumeng'enywa.

Nguruwe pia wana magojwa kama homa ya nguruwe, minyoo. Lakini ng'ombe wana magonjwa mengi na hatari zaidi kuliko nguruwe kama Sotoka, Minyoo (tegu), TB, kichaa cha ng'ombe, homa ya bonde la ufa, midomo na miguu nk.

Pia nyama ya ngombe ni nyekundu na ngumu, inaweza kusabisha Bawasili (Kutoka nyama sehemu ya haja kubwa) na pia kusabisha kukosa choo.

Kula Kitimoto kwa furaha na afya yako. Ni tamu, haikinai na pia ni nzuri zaidi kwa afya kuliko nyama ya ng'ombe!

Ukiweza tafuna na mifupa pia kwani inatafunika kirahisi utapata madini ya chuma, kalisiamu na fosifeti moja kwa moja, madini haya yanasaidia kuongeza damu na kuimarisha mifupa na meno.

Pamoja na madhara yote hayo + imani za dini zetu, mimi binafsi namchukia nguruwe kwa jambo moja tu.
ukimuweka pamoja na wanyama wenzake mfano, mbuzi,kondoo, paka,sungura n.k, ukawapa chakula utashangaa kuona nguruwe anapendelea kula uchafu kuliko wanyama wengine. mimi ua spend mnyama huyu asivyo chagua msosi yaani vyote twende kazini. sababu nyingine binafsi lakini, nikimuangalia umbile lake haswa pale kwenye domo lake lilivyo kaa ua simpendi. Nafikiri ana nenepa sana kwa sabb anaongoza kwa kula kila kitu.

Mjumbe hujawahi kula sugar cane lililopanda kando ya maji taka?. Daaaa kazi kweli kweli,nimekuelewa mkuu. spingani na hilo ndo maana katika ujumbe wangu si kusema wanao kula ni wabaya. nimetoa sababu zangu binafs bila kulaum mtu yeyote. haya basi ukipika unikaribishe!!!! hapo vip?

Nutrition of Pork
